After the unexpected loss of her beloved husband, Mayra embarked on a journey to find a renewed sense of purpose in her life. It was during this challenging time that she founded Gringo Loco Event Planning in August of 2023. Through this venture Mayra found a way to help others experience unforgettable events that leave lasting impressions and create memories that will be treasured for a lifetime.
Mayra is a firm believer in the importance of savoring life’s cherished moments and forging enduring memories. She understands that when a loved one departs, these memories become our most valued possessions. Gringo Loco Event Planning was born as a tribute to Mayra’s greatest inspiration, her husband, lovingly known as El Gringo Loco, and it serves as a testament to her commitment to helping you celebrate life’s most precious moments.
With 14 years of experience in the food and beverage industry and my passion for what I do, Gringo Loco Event Planning is here to handle your event from start to finish while you sit back and relax with your guest; we have the rest. This Company was created in honor of the Gringo Loco, my greatest inspiration to get ahead.

The final guaranteed number of guests must be submitted five days before the event. Otherwise, the agreed number will be loaded.A 50% retention deposit fee will be requested depending on which side of your event it will be applied to Your final bill; the other 50% will be paid at the end of your event.
